Some things just need to be done onsite. When the Internet goes down if a simple telephone walk through to reboot a router or modem won't work, we need to send someone onsite. If we need to tone out a cable, or pull a new one, we need to send someone onsite. If we can't support an issue remotely, then we dispatch the right technicians in certain parts of the country where we have our own employees working out of field offices owned soley by THUMBTECHS.
In areas that we do not have field offices many times we have THUMBTECHS Agent's that have met criteria required by THUMBTECHS to become certified sales and field agents for THUMBTECHS and we can dispatch them as well to your location to assist us.

If we can't fix it remotely, and you are in a city where we have a field office, that means you can drop things off. So long as it doesn't require us to do something physically in your building, bringing your equipment to us many times can mean you will get a quicker turn around.
Our bench technicians stay on the bench all day working on issues. So cutting out the field technician diagnosing onsite and determining it needs to go back to the bench free's up schedules and gets you back in service quicker.
